Peace keeping FAIL

That’s the light blue signature hat of the United Nations MINUSTAH, a controversial presence in Haiti.
Isn’t the UN peacekeeping mission to Haiti the only thing approaching a government or police force in the country?
Not at all. There is a Hatian police force that has a large presence in the country. The idea of the UN acting as a government there is absurd. Most of the soldiers are simply there on vacation.
