		<description>Thanks, Arikia - was a slightly hairy moment waiting in the deathly silence with all eyes on me, but then Dave came booming through the speakers and everyone clapped. That made it all worth it! I think that&#039;s why I still work in technology - 9 times out of 10 it will undoubtedly go horribly wrong, but when it works, it&#039;s amazing.
